The Alpha Course
A 10 – week Practical Introduction to Christianity
Anyone can come. Anyone interested in finding out more about Christianity is welcome.
Learning and laughter. Join others in a relaxed atmosphere.
Pasta (or other great food). Each weekly session begins with dinner.
Helping one another. Dinner is followed by a large group presentation and a small group discussion.
Ask anything. Here’s your chance to ask your questions and express your opinions.
When: Begins on Wednesday, September 7th @ 6:00pm

Soaking Prayer
YOU ARE INVITED TO “SOAKING PRAYER”
For hundreds of years the saints have used meditative prayer to deepen their relationship with God. At The Way Christian Fellowship we have an updated version of this ancient practice called “Soaking in God’s Presence: A Time of Contemplative Prayer,” or simply “Soaking Prayer.” Worship music is played softly and scripture is read as participants quiet themselves before God. Soakers report they are surprised that the time goes by so quickly; many experience a refreshing energy after they “soak,” others describe a profound peacefulness.
We’d love for you to join us for this special evening.
